Dentistry From the Heart is coming to Hagerstown on June 9th!
The line will begin as early as 8:00pm the night before, with hundreds prepared to camp out in order to receive free services.
In 2001, Dentistry From the Heart started with New Port Richey dentist Dr. Vincent Monticciolo as a way of giving back to the community and providing aid to the growing number of Americans without dental insurance. Since its inception, Dentistry From the Heart has grown to include over 200 annual events nationwide and provided more than 45,000 people with free dental care services.
The doctors and their team of dentists, volunteers and sponsors hope to provide many people with a free extraction, filling or cleaning. This is the first event for Dr. Bruce & Dr. Brandon Burley. “It all comes down to wanting to provide something greater to my community,” said Dr. Burley. “The services provided by Dentistry From the Heart helps more than just a patients teeth, it gives them a renewed reason to smile.”
If you, or someone you know, have not visited a dentist in a while and are in need of dental work, mark your calendars for Saturday, June 9. Dentistry From the Heart will take place at Hagerstown Smiles which is located at 1115 Mt Aetna Rd (off of Dual Highway) in Hagerstown. Again, you may want to plan on reserving your place in line the night before. The dentists will provide free dental care for 100+ people throughout the day on a first-come-first-served basis.
